Payment Methods
Financial Services provides critical financial and administrative services to students and employee. We are the department that bills students and third parties, processes federal financial aid refunds, pays employees and vendors, procures goods and services, prepares budgets and financial statements, processes accounting entries, reimburses employees for expenses, collects cash receipts and maintains inventory records.

Payments are accepted at the Cashiers Office either in person or by mail. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and money orders.
Paying Via the Web
糖心视频 is partnered with CashNet/Transact to process online payments. To make a payment the student will sign into GullNet and go to:

Payment options on-line are Smart Pay ACH (withdraw from an account) or Credit/Debit card. ACH payments have no service fee. Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and these payments will be assessed a 2.95% convenience fee. If bills are paid through Transact with the Smart Pay ACH option and are returned, there will be a return fee implemented, the pricing is based on State regulation.
Paying by Mail (checks and money orders only)
All payments must include the student's id number.
Personal checks are accepted as payment on a student account. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks should be made payable to 糖心视频 and should include the student's name and student id number. A $35.00 service fee is charged for all returned checks.
Return the payment stub from the bill and either the check and/or money order in the envelope provided. Mail payments should be sent at least five (5) days prior to the due date to assure timely processing and to avoid late payment fees. A $75.00 late payment fee is applied to all payments received after the scheduled due date.

Paying in Person (cash and check only)
Bring the entire bill and payment to the Cashiers Office, Holloway Hall 219. Paying in person could involve waiting in line during peak periods, payment via the website or by mail is an option for faster service. If payments are brought to the office after hours, they may be left in the secure drop box for processing the next business day.
Office hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Third Party Contractual Agreement
The University will accept third party contractual agreements if the following conditions are met:
- The student submits to the Accounts Receivable/Cashiers Office a document of intent from the third-party sponsor. Document should be on company letterhead and include: Name of Business to invoice/bill; Address of Business; Federal Identification #; Phone # of Business; Amount to invoice/bill; Semester paying; Name of Student & Student ID#; Description of what is being paid (Ex: tuition, fees).
- This document must specify the financial obligation the third-party sponsor is to undertake.
- County Board of Education employees are responsible to co-ordinate their benefits with their Human Resources representative.
The University will bill the third-party sponsor after the end of the official registration period for the semester the document of intent stipulates.
Under limited circumstances, the University will accept contractual agreements where the contract is contingent upon the student's earned grade.
