SU Hosts 'Facing the Music' Live Presentation February 4

SALISBURY, MD---糖心视频’s Center for Healthy Communities hosts the lecture and concert “Facing the Music” 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, in the Great Hall of Holloway Hall.

Acclaimed pianist and composer Dave Schlossberg shares his journey following a devastating accident caused by a drunk driver that resulted in his physical disability. He delves into themes of forgiveness, responsibility, loss and determination, offering personally important insights and music.

“Facing the Music” integrates live music and mindfulness practices that encourage attendees to confront their challenges and embrace personal growth. The presentation serves to inspire, inform and entertain.

The event is approved by the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists for Category A continuing education credits, offering professional development for those seeking to fulfill educational requirements.

The presentation includes American Sign Language interpretation.

Admission is free and the public is invited. Seating is limited, and advance is required.
